As homeowners ourselves, we know how overwhelming the process of selecting materials can be. We're here to make your material search an exciting experience by providing a convenient and cost-effective platform to meet your needs.
You can browse materials palettes from reputable brands and request for free* samples.

What if I find something I like?
Wait no more! Place an order and get your material palette samples within three business days. If you like what you see in your Materially box, make an appointment through Materially and flash your Materially samples to enjoy exclusive discounts with our brand partners.
What if I cannot find what I am looking for?
If a particular material palette is not available on Materially, you may reach out to our support team at email@example.com.
How many material samples can I order?
Each homeowner may request for up to 10 items inclusive of three material palettes for free per order. Subsequently if you'd still need additional samples, feel free to place another order. It'll still be completely free!
However, once you’re done with your samples, kindly recycle them with us. We'll arrange for it to be collected from your location at no cost.
How do I know if my order has been placed?

How do I cancel an order?
You may reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order. All cancellation needs to be done within 24 hours from the time of order.
How much do I need to pay for each material sample?
Rest assured, our service is completely free for home owners.
How long will my order(s) take to arrive?
Each order will take up to three business days to arrive at your doorstep.

How do I return the samples if they are wrong?

You may request for another box of your preferred material palettes.
How are our brands chosen?
We only bring you the good stuff. All our brands are reputable in their own fields and have complementary knowledge to share with homeowners like you.
Will the brands upsell their products at their showroom?
Rest assured, there will be no upselling on site. The sales representatives' priorities will be to bring you around the showroom and answer any queries you may have.
Will we be charged higher if we go directly to the brands?
Nope, we wouldn't like that to happen! Homeowners who request from GetMaterially.com may get to enjoy a discount from the brands.
Will the brands follow up with us upon confirmation of the sample orders?
This is entirely in your hands. Need more information or would like to schedule for a showroom appointment? Opt in for the brands to contact you directly via email or mobile phone when you check out. Alternatively, you may contact us for assistance.
